At JOY Boutique, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original packaging into a shipping box or mailer and include the printed return slip.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
